Software and add-ons are billed for the full year upfront at 20% less than twelve monthly payments. The monthly equivalent helps you compare costs; it is not a monthly payment. Starter is $119.20/month, billed $1,430.40/year. Growth is $399.20/month, billed $4,790.40/year. Custom pricing is quoted.
Starter excludes Offer; add it for $100/month, or $80/month billed $960/year upfront. Growth includes Offer; add Onboarding for $150/month, or $120/month billed $1,440/year upfront. Custom includes Offer and Onboarding. Confirm Onboarding production availability with Pebble.
Growth includes 1,000 AI phone-round minutes per month, including when you pay annually. Annual billing does not turn this into a shared yearly allowance. Confirm production availability and discuss additional usage or overages with Pebble.
No. Hiring for You is a separate managed recruitment service at 7.5% of the agreed annual CTC (cost to company) per successful hire. Monthly and yearly retainers are quoted on request. No yearly discount applies to Hiring for You, including monthly or yearly retainers. The 7.5% success fee is not discounted.
